HEN, STEN & STAG PARTIES

Creative fun for groups of all ages. Whether a Hen, Sten or Stag - our parties make for a truly memorable experience, with plenty of laughs, innuendo and photo opportunities!

A pottery party is perfect for a mixed age group or an arty bride/groom-to-be. No experience is required, demonstration and expert help from your very own Patrick Swayze is at hand throughout!

POTTER’S WHEEL TASTER CLASS |  £64 pp*

Bride / Groom goes free for groups 10+

*£64 pp for the first 10 people & £35pp (beyond 10) sharing a wheel.

Channel your inner Demi Moore on our 1.5 hour Taster Class and learn how to spin pots on the potter’s wheel! Create some truly unique pieces from bowls, dishes, vases to cups and more. Demonstration on how to get started, along with expert tuition is on hand throughout the session. Perfect for small groups, (up to 10 people) you'll each have your own potter's wheel for the duration. Or larger groups can share the 10 wheels switching between spectating, taking photos and getting messy!

After getting cleaned up, you can chose your best pot to take away on the day, which can be left to airdry at home and painted if you wish! (Additional pots charged at £3).

INFO & HOW TO BOOK:

COST:

  • £64 pp for the first 10 people & £35 for each additional person beyond 10 sharing a wheel. Bride/groom goes free for groups 10+.

  • Payment for groups of 10 and below should be made in full when booking. The balance for any additional numbers (excluding the bride/groom) will be due 1 week prior to the booking.

HOW TO BOOK:

  • To check availability and make a booking, please see our Booking page. Select your preferred date using the calendar, then chose Potter’s Wheel Taster Workshop, and click “Book Now”. Please supply first names of everyone in your party on the booking form.

GOOD TO KNOW:

  • You will be in a workshop environment, so please wear practical clothes/footwear that you don't mind getting a little messy, (the clay doesn’t stain and will wash out easily). Feel free to bring your own aprons or use ours should you prefer.

  • Due to health & safety, food and alcoholic drinks are not permitted in the studio. We ask that long hair is tied back (please bring a bobble). Rings/watches/bracelets should be removed before using the potter’s wheel, so please leave valuables at home where possible.

  • Exclusive hire of our main studio space is given to groups of 10 and above. There may be a chance smaller groups will share the class with other participants.

Please get in touch if you need further info or help with your booking.
